From a Las Vegas Estate, this is believed to be an unsigned WEISS Clear Crystal Rhinestone Daisy Brooch. 13 Marquise cut stones make the petals, while 6 large round rhinestones are raised in the center of this flower. Weiss was known for using splendid Austrian Crystals in his jewelry and this one is no exception. The back is a silver plated metal and all the stones are closed in the back, and each is connected to the other.
